The 7442 draws chemical from its bottle by venturi, mixes it with the water stream and aerates the solution at the nozzle to produce a dense foam. Because it runs on mains or low-pressure water alone, it can be used anywhere there is a hose connection.
Foam clings to vertical surfaces and gives the chemical time to work, which makes the gun well suited to vehicle washing, food-processing areas and general sanitation.
