GAST Air Motor 2AM-ARV-92
The 2AM-ARV-92 is the metric, IEC-flange version of GAST's 0.71 kW (0.95 HP) 2AM rotary-vane air motor: reversible, 3,000 rpm, 1/4" BSP ports and a 14 mm keyed shaft.

GAST's 2AM is the compact, portable 0.7 kW class of the AM family. The 'A' models are the metric build: IEC flange mounting, BSP ports and a square-keyed 14 mm shaft, so the motor drops in where an IEC electric motor would otherwise sit. The -92 configuration is a four-vane reversible unit with 1/4" BSP inlet and exhaust ports.
Output is governed by throttling or regulating the air supply, which GAST positions as a cheaper alternative to electric speed control. The motor can be run stalled or overloaded for long periods, starts, stops and reverses instantly, and carries CE and ATEX II 2 GD c T4 marking for hazardous areas. A lube-free 2AM-ARV-92NLP variant is also catalogued (0.41 kW, 2,000 rpm, 5.6 bar).
