The 4AM-NRV-22B is GAST's standard face-mounted, reversible 1.27 kW (1.7 HP) 4AM air motor: 3,000 rpm, 6.3 Nm peak torque, 1/4" NPT ports and a 12.7 mm keyed shaft at just 3.2 kg.

The 4AM-NRV-22B is the most common build of GAST's 4AM frame and the reference point for the family: a 4-vane, reversible, face-mounted motor delivering 1.27 kW at 3,000 rpm and 6.33 Nm maximum torque from a 148 mm long housing. The face mount with pilot and tapped holes suits direct coupling to GAST gear reducers (GR11/GR20/GR25 spur and AG800-series worm units) or to a customer bell housing.

Air consumption is 36.8 L/s at full output and 7 bar; a 5 µm filter, regulator and lubricator (1 drop per 50–75 cfm) are recommended upstream. The motor operates in any orientation, tolerates continuous stall, and is CE and ATEX II 2 GD c T4 marked for Zone 1 and 2 gas and dust atmospheres.
