In textile finishing and dyehouses, colour consistency depends on the correct dosing of dyes and auxiliary chemicals. We offer thermal oil pumps for heating stenters and dryers, pumps for transferring viscous printing pastes, and treatment solutions for heavily polluted dyehouse wastewater.

Dyehouses change recipes many times a day, and small dosing errors lead to colour deviations that are costly to correct. Dosing pumps meter dyes, salts, alkali and auxiliaries into machines in the right sequence and quantity, and sine pumps move thick printing pastes without changing their rheology. Thermal oil pumps heat stenters and dryers evenly across the fabric width. Dyehouse effluent is warm, coloured and high in organic load, and turbo blowers make its biological treatment more energy-efficient. For a proposal, send the chemicals and dosing ranges, paste viscosity, thermal oil temperature and flow, and effluent volume and load.

Frequently asked questions

Which pump type is suitable for printing pastes?

Printing pastes are thick and often shear-thinning, so their behaviour changes with handling. Sine or other low-shear positive displacement pumps move them gently and with stable flow. Paste viscosity, required flow and whether the pump must empty containers completely affect the selection.

How can dyehouse wastewater aeration use less energy?

Aeration is usually the largest energy consumer in biological treatment. Turbo blowers with speed control matched to dissolved-oxygen measurement supply only the air the process needs, and fine-bubble diffusers improve oxygen transfer. Effluent volume, organic load and basin depth are needed to size the system.
